Custom Forged Wheels

Have a vision for your perfect set of wheels? Don't want to spend a fortune on fully forged wheels? We can help bring it to life.

At Barn Motorsports, we offer fully custom forged wheels — built to your exact specifications and tailored to your vehicle’s look and performance needs.

Each of our wheels is made using 12,000 ton forged 6061-T6 aluminum. This is the same material used for some of the lightest and strongest forged wheels on the market currently.

Below are a few examples of wheels we have produced. We can produce nearly any style and size wheel. Note that this a deposit for starting development of the wheels and is fully refundable until production begins. The final cost for a set of wheels can vary greatly based on design and dimensions. How the process works

1. Add this Item to Your Cart 
   When you checkout, make sure to use a good email and shipping address. I will send you an email so we can further discuss your wheel design and pricing.  

2. Send Us Reference Images
   Whether it’s a style you admire, a sketch you’ve made, or inspiration from a few different designs, we’ll use your references as a starting point.

3. We Design with You
   Our team will work with you to create a unique design based on your input. You’ll get a chance to review and refine before anything goes into production.

4. Custom Forged to Fit
   Once approved, we’ll build your wheel to order. Custom spec’d for your bolt pattern, offset, finish, and more

Please note: While we’re happy to take inspiration from existing designs, we cannot one to one replicate trademarked or copyrighted wheels. However, we will work with you to create something that gives the look you want and won't get us in trouble.
